Front desk was super friendly, wasn't a great location but I value how people treat me and my family while I'm there. The ice machine didnt work, but overall, good for what I paid. I'd stay again if I'm not staying in town long. I used to work in a hotel so I'm big on customer service.

stayed here for 1 night with my partner and our room was fine, cleaner than the last super 8 we stayed in. bugs are basically a guarantee in nc so we weren't bothered by the 1 bug we did see, but I did notice there was a small hole/crack at the bottom of the door (room 105). the bed was clean and comfy. hot water was always accessible and the water pressure was good except the shower head was a little iffy. kind staff & overall we would stay here again!

It may not be fancy or modern or luxury accommodations. However it was clean and you can be sure that the cleaners, the owners (who are so friendly and willing to help with any questions), the front desk clerk are all making a concerted effort to ensure that they put all they can into the rooms that I concede are not even close to perfect and shiny. Customer service skills are a real lack in our current society and most hotel staff I come in contact with are rude and condescending towards guests at these types of basic hotels. In my opinion if I pay $68 at the Super 8 or $230 at the Marriot l expect to be treated in the same manor. Being poor doesn't give anyone the right to treat you with disrespect or set different rules or refuse to provide the basic promises in their hotels room description, amenities or services. Unfortunately in the past several years I have been subjected to an array of horrible business practices geared towards people who cannot afford a luxury hotel room. This small business could not possibly make financial sense out of a 10 million renovation like a large corporation can. They are a family unit working hard to provide for each other. All 3 staff I interacted with treated me as a guest and a paying customer. It was the BEST hotel experience I've had in several recent stays. Even at the updated and amenity heavy Wingate in a major airport area I was not as happy with my stay as I am with this hotel today. The towels were substantial, coffee in the rooms and soap, shampoo and cups and garbage bags provided were plentiful and extra. Most places don't provide decent towels or any toiletries anymore even at a $90 or 125 price point never mind making sure toilet paper will last the night, you won't run out of soap or garbage bags. There was a great tv, microwave and large mini fridge and the heater a/c unit kept the temperature perfect. The Breakfast here was only a coffee and a small muffin but it absolutely had to be homemade or purchased at a gourmet bakery because it was delicious and hit the spot in a way that fake egg liquid and bacon or waffles the other hotels around serve pales in comparison. It's the small efforts to provide good customer service that makes this place shine. It's the efforts to make guests comfortable and provide what they promise to the best of their ability and take the time to do small things most people probably never even notice because society as a whole is often disatisfied with most anything nowadays. It was fairly quiet and seemed to have working people as guests. It's not downtown or close to anything special and most people seem to think the area is unsafe but I didn't get that feeling at all! I was out most of the night walking around and encountered perfectly nice people, shop owners and a delicious taco truck in the parking lot with excellent prices that were competitive (cheaper than any in town whose food isn't half as flavorful or with a menu so extensive including drinks). There's plenty of 24 hours choices and some great boutique shopping close by. There's a wonderful shop or two in the next plaza with some of the prettiest prom/quiencinera dresses I have seen on offer for teenagers lately even in the big stores. Don't expect million dollar views or 1000 count sheets but there isn't a better hotel for the price that I've seen in the entire Triangle! Ps. The water pressure and shower was a 15 on a 1-10 scale.

It was great. Rooms were clean, neat and spacious. I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it didn't have a pool. I do construction work, so a dip in the pool after a long hot day and a shower would have been grand.

I haven't had any issues. Dog friendly. Looks like poison Ivey in the grass area. The staff are nice. No ice. No TV channel guide but was able to find the Hockey playoff games.

Stayed in a clean, comfortable room for $60. Some cosmetic imperfections noted, but nothing too bad. Ex. creaky floor, cracked floor tiles in bathroom. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a iron with ironing board. I'd stay here again.

The location is convenient, and the staff was responsive to the few minor issues experienced in a timely and satisfactory manner. The bed and room in general are decent - good size, no weird odors. Overall this was a good stay and a good value.

It was clean. We had one of the updated rooms. We had the king room. It came with a microwave, mini fridge, iron and iron board. It is smoke free, with an 250$ fee if caught smoking in room. It had little breakfast set up everyday between 6am-9am. The office staff was nice when i checked in. It has an little Mexican corner store and laundromat machine literarly 2 seconds next door, and little food truck that parks outside every night. Some many things delivery this location. They have bus stop right outside, and urber. Even better hog heaven is right next door. If you dont wanna be bothered by housekeeping. You can put dirty towels outside door, and they hang fresh ones on door handle in clean bag, if you have "do not distrub" on door. Only bad comment i have is the tv in the room randomly stop working while their but they always sent someone to fix it. And the people next door got into a fight, guy kicked door in around 3am, but they had cops come and handle everything within a hour.
